The ring continuously monitors your heart rate, heart rate variability, blood oxygen levels, stress, sleep stages, and daily movement. All of that data is combined into your One Score, a single number that reflects your overall wellness at any given moment.
Is this a medical device?
No. The Reebok Smart Ring is a personal wellness tracker. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice.
Do I need to know my ring size before signing up?
Not at all. When you are ready to purchase, we ship a sizing kit to your address. Reebok Smart Ring sizes are specialized for biometric accuracy and differ from standard ring sizes. We recommend wearing your chosen sample size on your non-dominant index finger for a full 24 hours before confirming via the kit's QR code.
Is there a subscription fee?
No. Your core health metrics are always free to view. The ring comes with a complimentary 12-month membership to the Reebok Fitness App for premium fitness, wellness, and nutrition content. After the first year, premium content is available via an optional subscription.
What happens to my health data?
All of your sleep, movement, and wellness metrics are encrypted and synced securely to your personal Reebok Fitness App profile. Your data belongs to you.
How long does the battery last?
A single charge delivers up to 5 to 7 days of continuous tracking, and a full recharge takes less than 2 hours using the included dock.
